Daughters Of The West

Target Audience: Women aged 18 and over.

Daughters of the West is one of Australia’s leading health promotion programs.
The Western Bulldogs Community Foundation works closely with local councils and health and community services to deliver Daughters of the West to over 500 participants annually.

The program aims to educate women from western Victoria on key issues that impact their health including nutrition, mental health, respectful relationships, and intercultural understanding.

Through working with experts from local councils and health and community services, we ensure the program is inclusive, fun and address the specific health needs of local communities.

Daughters of the West is delivered across multiple sites in the below Local Governments Area’s:

Maribyrnong
Brimbank
Melton
Ballarat
Wyndham
Hobsons Bay
Maryborough
Horsham
