Youth Leadership
The Youth Leadership pillar of the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation aims to provide young people with the tools to grow as social leaders. Our Youth Leadership initiatives support young people on a journey of increasing self-awareness, social awareness, and community impact.
The activities undertaken during our Youth Leadership programs, aim to build capability in areas including leadership, teamwork, communication, goal setting and resilience.
We support hundreds of young people annually and aim to encourage them to lead and solve problems within their community.
